do you see what i see?

hurray! my newest set of duaflex shots are a success. they are still very light, but i am super happy about the way they turned out nonetheless. it was kinda funny the day i went to shoot these. it was a thursday afternoon in mid-september, and the boardwalk was deserted, save for a few tourists and one other photo nerd. we started at opposite ends of the boardwalk, but i noticed that we were photographing all the same things. of course he had his super-nice cannon (huge lens, automatic focus, real expensive looking), and i had my little old box camera, but it doesn't matter because we were both there to do the same thing.

i went to my first real kfjc training class yesterday. i got my mannual, a tour of the station, and lessons in proper handling of records and cds. there really are so many rules that i was not aware of. i can't wait to start experimenting with all the music and equipment ;)
