hurray! my newest set of duaflex shots are a success. they are still very light, but i am super happy about the way they turned out nonetheless. it was kinda funny the day i went to shoot these. it was a thursday afternoon in mid-september, and the boardwalk was deserted, save for a few tourists and one other photo nerd. we started at opposite ends of the boardwalk, but i noticed that we were photographing all the same things. of course he had his super-nice cannon (huge lens, automatic focus, real expensive looking), and i had my little old box camera, but it doesn't matter because we were both there to do the same thing. for more duaflex fun, go here three new cd's rockin' my world: 1) patent pending by heavens (featuring matt skiba of alkaline trio) 2) the information by beck (album comes complete with sticker sheet so that you can create a customized album cover. 3)) shine on by jet (an excellent follow-up to the equally excellent get born ). i went to my first real
